Importance of sleep
Definitely, Sleep plays an eventful role in one’s life and it is a multitudinous blessing of Allah almighty which is bestowed upon us. Allah Almighty made the night for sleep and day for different activities.
Sleep is the basic need of all and without it, no one can survive long. Every individual spends his or her two or third lives sleeping. Sound sleep plays an important role in one’s health and successful Life.
Sleep means rest which includes physical, mental and emotional. The night is made for rest and day is made livelihood.
Sleep is a period of long relaxation when an individual after doing long tiresome work and the approaching of night.
According to modern research, Sleep is an essential element for growth development and survival at any stage of life. Specially, nightly sleep refreshes the mind and energizes the body.
A good night’s sleep is connected with an active and flourishing Life. During sleep, the body goes to a restful state and acquires universal energy.
In Islam, sleep is considered one of the greatest symbol of Allah almighty. Some people don’t feel the value of sleep. They stay late at night.
Further, many youths spend the night gossiping, smoking, chatting and watching movies. It must be in mind, without sleep it makes life short and long term health results.
Lack of sleep can make a weak one’s mind and make one very weak at work, while brilliant sleep makes one able and fit.
In short, Early to bed and early to rise without sound sleep makes one very lazy. It is humbly requested that everyone try to Sleep on time and get up on time.
