Alcohol is something that has shattered numerous youngsters’ lives. According to the World Health Organization, every year 3 million people die due to the constant use of this and this represents 5.3 % of all casualties. People who once become fond of it neither provide their children education nor a prosperous life.
Drinking alcohol excessively can enhance your risk of serious health problems, including cancer, high blood pressure, stress, liver disease, and many more. Similarly, booze affects the entire body including the brain, nervous system, liver, and heart.
But if you are one of those, you should follow some general guidance. There are multiple ways to quit using alcohol and avoid being addicted. First, you must not keep alcohol in your home. Keeping booze away from home is beneficial for you. Second, keep engaged in other activities like walking, sports, watching movies, reading, etc. Third, ask for support from friends or family members.
Also, the major response in eradicating this culture wholly is expected from the government by imposing some law against the public sale of alcohol and especially to young people. The government of Pakistan is requested to think about it and take action against the dealers.
