The state of being free of illness, injuries, and diseases are referred to as well-being. As a matter of fact, health is wealth; it simply means being in good physical and mental health. Being healthy allows a person to do most things in life. Without it, one can find riches in areas where it is not as important but rather live a simple life.
Everyone can be physically and mentally fit to survive if they have good health. There are various types of health that would facilitate everyone in understanding the true meaning of health. There are different types of health.
(1) physical health,
(2) emotional health,
(3) social health,
(4) spiritual health, and
(5) intellectual health.
Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and eating healthy foods, as well as adequate rest, all contribute to good health.
