Dengue Fever Outbreak in Turbat: An Urgent Plea for Action
Turbat, the second most populated city in Balochistan, is grappling with numerous challenges, and among them is the outbreak of dengue fever. Despite the city’s increasing population, the lack of necessary facilities has led to the loss of many precious lives.
Tragically, the spread of dengue fever has gone unchecked throughout Turbat, with no substantial action being taken. This negligence has resulted in a significant number of deaths and has left countless individuals in mourning.
According to reports from the Civil Hospital of Turbat, the death toll has exceeded ten in the past week alone, with more than 15 new cases being identified at the hospital every day. This alarming trend poses a grave risk to the entire population, as the fever continues to claim lives unabated. Just today, a young man from Shahi Tump fell victim to this relentless disease.
In light of this dire situation, we urgently implore the authorities to initiate comprehensive spraying campaigns across the city to protect its residents from further harm. Additionally, it is crucial for individuals to take personal precautions and prioritize their well-being.
