Water scarcity has emerged as a pressing issue in Pakistan, with potentially disastrous consequences for many. As a result, Pakistan is the most water-stressed country in South Asia.
Almost 30 million Pakistanis do not have access to safe drinking water. Aside from that, water scarcity has a severe impact on the country’s economy and population, and 80 percent of supplied water is dangerous, therefore the existence of a water crisis is giving birth and adding fuel to the fire that is producing numerous problems in the country.
Pakistan, on the other hand, is well-known for its agriculture but suffers from poor water management, which poses a severe challenge to the country’s agricultural progress.
It is humbly requested that the Pakistani government take action on the delicate situation soon.
