Voiceless Awaran with hopeless future
It is a global fact that the nature of humans doesn’t tolerate the consequences which highlight the real image in the mirror. The fact beyond shows the drastic change for bringing significant outcomes. The reality is completely sentenced and stood for Awarani people, where all residents are deprived of all the fundamental rights. These include education, health, road, drinking water, and other basic requirements of human beings. However, according to its population, it is the largest district population-wise among the other districts of the Kalat division. The absence of these fundamental rights is improbable to live a peaceful and luxurious life, but unfortunately, the people of Awaran are compelled to live in these dark nights.
Additionally, it is the 21 first century and Awaran is back to approach a tendency for the advancements, because of not being well facilitated in terms of education. The advanced world is crossing the line of different achievements and touching the sky, heartbreakingly 75% of people of Awaran don’t know what education really is. It is not their ignorance, but the concerned authorities never estimate for the betterment of the district.
However, libraries are known seeds to generate an educational environment for the students. Unluckily, you cannot find a single building for the library. The youth of Awaran are holding a hammer and spade instead of holding books. If we put a glance towards other provinces of Pakistan especially in Punjab, where every town has a public library for the students, but the case doesn’t seem to be the same for the poor province of Balochistan where one doesn’t think for its upcoming generation to burn the candle of its own.
This is not the only aspect of the voiceless district. Each day people are dying not because of hunger, but for not getting proper treatment in the district. For a simple illness, they suffer, and at the end of the day stop breathing. There is a civil hospital with poor facilities and irresponsible doctors. Nepotism is at its peak in each and every government department and even in hospitals.
Being the residence of Awaran, I faced the problem of water myself. Water is the basic element of all living creatures. Heartrending Awaran people are facing the water problem consistently like an old era where people used to take the water from the well with the help of rope and bucket. The same method is being used in Awaran. Even though, some places lake well and they utilize that surface water of the earth. It is used for drinking and washing too, as well for animals.
There should be a common sense of understanding for the authorities of Awaran, they must not play with the lives of the people and in order, they should be determined to provide the basic facilities to the public.
