In a democracy, the majority decides, and the decision must be followed. People have the right to choose the government of their choice and to work in the field of their choice. Democratic societies guarantee essential human rights that are necessary for a happy life.
Finally, there is a concern that leaders may change frequently in a democracy, based on the choice or interest of citizens and the vote count, leading to instability.
