The final trailer for Marvel Studios’ next superhero film, ‘The Marvels‘ made its debut during the Monday Night Football match between the New York Jets and the Los Angeles Chargers, before its theatrical release worldwide on this coming Friday.
In this final preview of the sci-fi action flick, fan favorites Avengers like Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man and Chris Evans’s Captain America make special appearances in nostalgic-tuned flashbacks with Samuel L. Jackson’s voiceover about the world’s need for heroes even after Avengers beat the greatest villain Thanos.
Not only that, Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie from Thor’s world also steps into the spotlight in the trailer, sharing screen space with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel character.
The film follows the story of Carol Danvers’ (Brie Larson) struggle after reclaiming her identity from the Kree regime. As consequences follow, she must join forces with Ms. Marvel (Iman Vellani) and Captain Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris) to save the universe as ‘The Marvels.’
Directed by Nia DaCosta and starring Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Zawe Ashton, Park Seo-jun, Samuel L. Jackson, and Lashana Lynch, ‘The Marvels’ releases in theatres on November 10, 2023.
