Target killings
Target killings in Pakistan have been rising and have contributed to security instability in the country. Gloomily, every year a number of target killings in Pakistan leave hundreds of people dead. They have become common and have gained attention especially in Karachi. It is Pakistan’s largest city and capital city of Sindh province. Several targeted killings have also occurred in Quetta, the capital of the southern province, Balochistan. People in Balochistan are now reluctant to come to their homes in fear of being targeted and there are areas in Balochistan where staying at one’s own home is not safe. Furthermore, it has affected our lives really badly. There is an increase in the number of disabled people. Social life has been affected because people are scared to leave their houses. Hurtedly, I am not afraid of the terrorist as much as I am afraid of this type of killing.
Besides this, all individuals involved in targeted killings because animals don’t go around killing each other the way these gold-blooded Giants kill their fellow beings. In Pakistan, everyone kills their opponents just to keep their power.
I feel sad about the future of Pakistan when I see blood flowing in streets like water. When I see stains of dried blood on the streets that no one cleans. I fear that when I leave my house. I will also get murdered and my blood will also be left abandoned on the streets. Sadly, when a man is killed so their family is left without any earning member. Due to this, I forget dreams of progressing, I am scared of leaving my house at night. I always have a fear in my heart from where the next bullet would come our life isn’t safe anymore, everyone’s a victim sadly.
Thus it is my request to the government that please take strong and serious actions to stop it and punish all those involved and the citizens of Pakistan can live a secure life.
