Sleep: A basic need of life
Like eating and drinking, sleeping is also a fundamental need in our daily life to get relaxed and comforted. Without sleep, no one ever survived for a long period with a strong and healthy life. However, sleep plays an essential role in every individual’s health and success. Allah the Almighty says “While I have made sleep such a thing for the human being’s rest and have made the night as covering the relaxation and the day to livelihood”. Nighty sleep provides rest of mentality and emotionality also physical rest of person.
What is sleep?
A period of relaxation while an individual feels tiresomes after doing longtime work in the day. It removes all tiresomes and makes the people free from tensions. In the condition of sleep one doesn’t respond whatever another person says and doesn’t show any objections while a person is talking.
Additionally, Sleep is commonly called “Half of Death ”, since a body is laid on a bed; the eyes shut, legs, hands and other external and internal body organs become motionless, except breathing and function of the heart remain active unless one faces death. On the other hand, Modern scientific researches indicate that sleep is an essential thing in the growth of any stage of life, especially the nighty sleep which empowers the body and fortifies other organs of the body of an individual. Good night sleep is the connectivity with an active and successful life. In result, during the sleeping body gets natural energy and goes on the restful state and provides relaxation to our body.
Finally, every human should sleep almost 7 to 8 hours daily to live a healthy and enhanced life for longtime.
