‘Salaar Part 1’, one of the India’s most anticipated biggie of 2023, was released theatrically worldwide on 22 December 2023.
The film headlined by ‘Baahubali’ fame Prabhas, with supporting act from Prithiviraj Sukumaran, Sriya Reddy, Shruti Haasan, and Tinnu Anand.
Movie was originally released in Telugu and dubbed into Hindi and Tamil. Releasing into many languages helped movie to collect around 700 crore INR world wide despite the clash with Rajkumar Hirani-directed Shah Rukh Khan starrer social dramedy ‘Dunki’ at the global box office.
Fans are eagerly waiting the OTT release of the blockbuster ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’. After its successful 28-day theatrical run the Prashanth Neel directed action entertainer is all set to premiere on Netflix India tomorrow January 20.
The movie already got much love domestically by hitting 400 crore club, now, the movie is set to premiere for online audience on Netflix now.
The film’s international success has solidified its position as a record-breaker and now audiences can relish the action-packed saga in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil languages on OTT platform.
For now it’s OTT debut in Hindi language is not confirmed in OTT.
Following so much love and affection for ‘Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire’, Prabhas and Prashanth Neel are both eager to kick off the sequel titled ‘Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam’.
The team’s plan is to release ‘Salaar 2’ in 2025, approximately 18 months from now. In the meanwhile, fans who missed on the theatrical release or want to watch the action thriller in comfort of their homes, can catch the digital premiere on Netflix from 20th January midnight.
