Balochistan is famous for its talent. The tradition of handicrafts began centuries ago and is still in progress day by day. The handicrafts of Balochistan are famous all over the world because of their fascinating design.
The beautiful handicrafts have been exported to foreign countries where people loved them very much. The handicrafts are known for the richness of their colour and economical prices.
Embroidery and needlework of Balochistan are done by the women. It is the finest work for women. They don’t go out of their houses. It is a source of income for the family.
Mostly, in Balochistan every student is studying because of his/her mother’s handicrafts as most of the men in Balochistan are jobless.
Dera Bugti is famous for Kowchik, a form of embroidery which was once spread all over the sub-continent of Indo-Pakistan and is still famous in the world.

Marble is one of the most famous handicrafts of Balochistan which is used for making different matters like table sets, ashtrays, bathtubs. It is also good for decorating houses. The marble is found in Chagi and Hub which is transformed into glorious forms and polished before sent to the market.
Carpets are attractive handicrafts. They are very important for every house. The handicrafts of Balochistan have been the symbol of development then why Balochistan is still backward? That is a crucial question to the government. If the government supported them, Balochistan would become a graceful and well-developed province of Pakistan.
Baloch needs attention. If the government doesn’t pay attention to them, they will surely go backward. Therefore, the government is requested to look towards Balochistan.
