Constant change and Humen life
It is clear that change is a process occurring continuously. Similarly, the concept of change can be unsettling, no matter how far we run or be protected from the change but it will find its way at any cost. whether the change refers to a small or a huge one. But change is an integral part of the journey for a rise or success or a setback. In the remainder, we are proud of ourselves or ashamed of ourselves. It gives positive or rather negative consequences depending on the selection of the person. Probably there are many important factors of change due to which change is integral. Each passing day or time will require stronger and more defense full personalities as you can not survive with an older version. So the following are the aspects of change.
The first one is “internal change” which will help you focus on the inner self. It is the first and foremost phase in our life that enables us to become the person of our wants and dreams. Since practicing and enacting on the change of ourselves is one of the most rewarding processes that is experienced. This part shows and tells us valuable life skills.
No doubt, self-recognition is the utmost that can enable you to choose what can reflect your interest and strength. This aims to build a perfect career. The way we present ourselves, we develop our skills or we change our routine and determine our destination. As we are the boss of our life so that’s why a change comes from within. Thus, internal change is necessary.
Moreover, the second is “external change” that is responsible for shaping us. It is stated that there are some natural changes with an increase in age and time so the type of change is uncontrollable. That is the reason not all things can be changed by ourselves but possible. Nonetheless, external circumstances and changes will often have a dramatic effect on us. These changes, no matter whether they seem good or bad at the time, but exactly will teach us something new. This external change will make us more flexible, more understanding and prepare us for the future and to cope up with the environment. The internal change will ensure us that the experience must be pushed forward, positive activities must be followed and negative activities must be rooted out from our mind.
In addition, the third one is “change ensures life”, which is an exciting point. It is not necessary whether change is internal or external but it is undeniable and very clear that it keeps our career fascinating. The change also brings new experiences like a person’s life will differ from day to day, vary month to month and transform from one year to the next surely. Undoubtedly, a career without change is likely to lack personal development as well as excitement, adventures, and growth too.
Furthermore, the fourth one is, “change leads to Opportunity and Experiences”. Each change in your career is an invitation to try a new experience or take advantage of a new opportunity. Of course, these invitations can be declined, but it is important to consider the benefits a new experience or opportunity will bring you or your project. It can be all too easy to dismiss these chances as risky. This is potentially detrimental to your personal development as taking risks and managing failure is all part of the process we call life. And knowing how to manage risk effectively is a process that can be learned with little training and guidance.
In other words, change can help us to move on. Because sometimes the past can hold us back but moving on is a slow and steady process that should be nurtured rather than rushed. Those little changes that occur every day stimulate your progress and put you one step further away from the bad situation you have left behind. It is common for individuals to let their past be the be-all and end-all of their personal development. This can lead to stunted personal growth and means the full potential is never met. Your personal development should be continual and is a crucial part of moving on too.
In conclusion, it is undeniable that change will happen in any way. Change is integral to your personal development and one cannot exist without the other. Albeit, you may have yourself down as someone who doesn’t like change but it is important to always remember that change is inevitable anyway. Many huge career changes will not stop and ask your permission first. They will happen with or without our consent. Thus, there are still some changes that you can take control of. Then it is better to embrace the course of change and make it your own along the way.
