Child Labor
When one looks at child labor, one realizes that it is an unstoppable trend. The working-age is 18 and up, however in the twenty-first century, our children are working at the ages of 6 to 18. Child labor at a young age is a heinous crime that is prevalent and widespread around the world.
Furthermore, it has afflicted millions of children all across the world. It includes various countries, one of which is Pakistan. Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are well-known for it, and its estimation is incalculable. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people live in poverty. In addition, children who do not have enough money to buy two meals a day have to work.
Starvation is becoming more common as a result of poverty. In fact, parents struggle to supply most of the basic essentials for their families as a result of poverty. We frequently see them working in workshops and markets selling various products, and they also have several children wearing damaged clothes and carrying rotten bags on their backs collecting junk.
The number of children working is far too high. God’s blessings include children. Likewise, the government should develop socialization programs that assist the needy, as well as provide funding to those who cannot afford to pay fees and assist in their education.
