Every year on March 2nd, the Baloch people celebrate Baloch culture day with events to commemorate their rich culture and tradition. Baloch people begin preparations and celebrations a month or a few days before Baloch culture day.
Baloch ladies begin sewing Baloch dresses several months before Baloch culture day. Because crafting Balochi dresses is a challenging task. They make it all by hands, so it would be prepared in a few months. However, some females may not manage it. Instead, they only purchase at stores and large shopping malls.
The second most prominent aspect of Balochi culture is “jewellery.” Women wear Balochi jewellery with their dresses, which looks stunning. Their favourite jewellery items are necklaces and bracelets.
However, one of their favourite pieces of jewellery is (dorr). These are incredibly heavy and golden earings that are attached to the head with gold chains so that the heavy weight does not hurt the ears. They typically wear a pin (Tasni). This is constructed of gold in various forms and shapes and is used to connect the two halves of the dress over the chest. Men dress in long “Shalwaar kamees” with a large turban covering their heads.
The third and most well-known aspect of Baloch culture day is “Balochi songs and dance.” One of them is “Balochi chaap,” which is well-known throughout the world. Baloch men, women, and children participate in balochi songs and dance as part of their rich culture. They primarily participate in Balochi chaap. They do it in a unique way.
Baloch culture day events are made more lovely by Balochi costumes and performances. Baloch culture day is well-liked by everybody.
