Noise pollution is known as environmental noise. Sound pollution is causing severe damage to the health of human beings. It leads to irritation, lack of sleep, rest, and peace. It is very harmful to the physical and mental health of people. Frequently loud noise affects the hearing efficiency of people. Persistent noise pollution causes a loss of sense of hearing. Increasing noise pollution is a big threat to the health and fitness of people. If noise pollution is allowed to go unchecked, it may disable people’s hearing capacity. On the other hand, noise pollution impacts millions of people daily. Exposure to loud noise can also cause high blood pressure, heart disease, sleep disturbances, and stress. It affects several people, the majority of whom are children. It is important to note that most children are found to suffer from stress and other problems like attention level, reading skills, and loss of memory.
The government should move transportation services far from the populous areas because of the severe noise of vehicles. It is one of the biggest problems for the urban population.
