Educating a Mother is Educating a Nation
She knows the income and can manage it wisely. She works hard in the present situation to make a better future. Education becomes a powerful tool in the hand of a mother. She can use this tool to foster her children toward social changes especially in some countries where education is a far cry for most children.
A study by New York University found that the educated mothers support their children to succeed at schools, not by expanding their academic knowledge, but by modelling behaviours and making social connections that lead to educational success. An educated mother who has attended high school, college, or university can have better experiences. She can better guide her children to become educated. She can also assist her children in research projects. An educated mother is always offering her children moral and educational lectures. She teaches her children to learn everything; from walking and speaking to behaving with people. An uneducated mother generally thinks with her limited knowledge and can not have big dreams or aspirations for her children while an educated mother has big dreams and expectations for her children. As they always encourage their children to be educated and live a successful life.
It is well-said,” If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate a nation” An educated mother brings up her children with better moral and ethical values. She serves her country in the sense that she produces good citizens with tolerant views and with a progressive approach. Education is as necessary for women as for men because she is the builder of a nation.
