Dams are extraordinarily significant to store water for the long term. Through the construction of dams, the paucity of water issues can be eliminated in a great manner. The farmers can water their plants, the common masses can finish their thirst, industrialists can fulfil their needs, etc.
However, in Bałochistan dams are a curse rather than a blessing. The recent monsoon rain highlighted the corruption of politicians and engineers over dams. Instead of constructing firm and strong dams, they have constructed palaces and buildings for themselves.
Due to recent rain, approximately twenty-one dams have been damaged and washed by the water.
Due to a lack of proper planning and corruption in a hefty manner over the construction of dams, the poor public is suffering desperately.
It is a need for time to take measures against these politicians and engineers to teach them a lesson and curb corruption in all fields in poor Bałochistan.
