Child labor refers to the employment of children in any work that deprives them of their childhood, interferes with their ability to attend regular school, and is mentally and physically dangerous and harmful. Child labor is a threat to the fundamental rights and future of children. It results in extreme bodily and mental harm and even death. It leads the children to slavery and sexual harassment. It cuts children off from studying and healthcare.
The worst forms of child labor include slavery, trafficking sexual harassment, and hazardous work that out children at risk of death. Efforts to reduce child labor are to check the age of your employees, identify hazardous work. Stop hiring children below the minimum age, remove children from hazardous work. Organizations must be set that should offer free school facilities.
